War brought to us too much bad memories.The international political structure becomes more complicated.Although we don’t know when the next war break out,what we can do is to defend the urban interests together.Our megacity need a large urban shelter to defend any gusty urban crisis ,which urges us to imagine the urban future and the architecture.
